If You are stuck in bed try these tips

  1. Work on your organization skills. Make a plan and program of what you want and need to do while you are stuck in your bed.
  2. Set priorities, what is in your plan for personal development, and what is for fun.
  3. Find a mattress that fits your spine since you will spend more than a few hours in that bed.
  4. Find some pillows that will help to avoid getting pain in your back. Those pillows will support your spine and give you greater comfort.
  5. If you do not have it, buy a nightstand that will help in so many ways. First of all, it’s a good idea to leave everything you need multiple times during the day, so you don’t have to get out of bed to take it. For example: water, medications, chargers, books, laptop, lamp, etc.
  6. If you want to keep working from home, find something that will help you put a laptop on because if you keep it on your lap or on your bedding, it will overheat.
  7. Opt for bedding you will feel comfortable with since you will spend all your time there. It is advised that it be cotton or any material that you will not feel hot but will maintain body temperature.
  8. Buy a water bottle so you can keep an eye on your water intake. Don’t forget, 2 liters of water per day is the minimum intake.
  9. Think about your nutrition and diet. Make a plan for every meal in the next seven days. For example, you can do this every Sunday. It would be best if you had someone who is going to help you with grocery shopping and making all your meals.
  10. You should stretch even a little bit if it is possible. To prevent muscle atrophy and cramping as your activities are limited, at least you can pay attention to stretching certain parts of your body. Start from your neck, spine, arms, till the legs and hips each morning. This depends on how much you are able and how much you are allowed.
  11. Try to meditate. There are so many benefits to meditation that will help you reduce stress. You will practice new ways of breathing, control your thoughts, and relax. There are so many techniques. It is up to you to find the one that works best for you.
  12. Visualize, grease, close your eyes, and think about everything you want to happen and what would make you happy. When was the last time you had time for fat?

There are so many tips and tricks we would not even think about or try without having seen or heard from someone. Find ways to ease your daily routine when you get out of bed and embark on a healthy life where your activities are unlimited.

  22. Install applications to help you with your day-to-day organization. This can be from apps on your phone that reminds you to drink plenty of water, to the apps in the form of specific calendars on your computer to help you stay organized, whether at work or in bed.
  23. Join online volunteer organizations. There are so many different organizations around the internet that initiate petitions and collect signatures for various purposes, such as the illegal trade in animals and the killing of rare species. Do a good job. You will feel mentally better.
  24. You can always work on your spirituality. Read and watch videos that will help your soul grow, and it will make your mind thinking about big questions that humankind has no answer to, that is always interesting.
  25. If you are religious, work on your beliefs. Read whatever you find interesting about your religion or other topics that interest you.
  26. Read and explore everything about the Universe. The laws of the Universe are often mentioned today. For example, the law of attraction, the law of polarity, the power of positive thinking, frequencies, vibrations, and the like. You may like it.
  27. Plan your next vacation. It can be a winter vacation, a summer vacation, a visit to a new country or city.
